Small Print Introduction:

Zeon Enterprises aims to provide a traditional service, trying to make our customers happy with as much (online) assistance as possible. All purchases made via the Zeon Enterprises website are subject to our T&C’s – the ‘small print’.

Important: Our online business is primarily based upon electronic communication by email – it is not always possible to contact you by phone, especially not in busy periods, ie: Christmas and customers do not always provide telephone/mobile numbers. Please try to read your incoming email messages, especially spam and junk folders as there may be an important one from us regarding your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay in processing and dispatching your order when important emails cannot reach you.

Moneyback Guarantee & Returns Policy: 1.1:

You bought something, but are not 100% happy with your purchase and wish to return the item(s). Besides your rights to a ‘Cooling Off’ period under UK and EU law, we offer you an extended no hassle return policy according to the following conditions:

1.2: You may notify us about returning all, or part of your order within 14 days after receiving the goods – within 30 days for purchase made between 1 November and 1 January.

1.3: After you have informed us about a return, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Goods sent to us without prior notice may not be accepted and may be returned with you being responsible for any possible transport costs.

1.4: Items need to be returned within 10 working days after notification and have to be in perfect resalable condition – in their original packaging, fit for resale, showing no signs of use or damage.

1.5: Usually a 100% refund on the original purchase price of unwanted items is applicable, unless items are not fit for resale.

1.6: Most items are inspected or tested before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we may ask for images to identify faults or damage where and if possible. Please keep original packaging. Faulty items need to be returned within 7 working days after receiving our return instructions. We will provide returns labels should we need them returned, but never return them until instructed.

1.7: Upon receipt and where possible, we will replace items, or refund you in full in case the returned item has proved to be at fault. We reserve the right to have any faulty item tested by the supplier and/or manufacturer, before issuing a refund of purchase and return costs, or sending a replacement.

1.8: Refunds are only made to the original purchaser, not to third parties.

After receiving goods: 2.1:

Items need to be inspected immediately upon receipt to ensure your order is complete and to your satisfaction.

2.2: If you think something is not right with your order, please notify us within 48 hours and we will try to find a solution. Items or part of an item can sometimes be replaced by us, provided it is in stock.

2.3: We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of a replacement, if you leave ordering and/or inspecting items to the last minute or order too close to recommended Christmas delivery deadlines.

2.4: If self-assembly of a DIY kit becomes problematic, do not proceed until asking us for advice.

2.5: Half- or fully finished self-assembly products can only be returned in original unmarked condition including all unmarked parts and instructions.

2.6: If you decide to modify, paint or customise a product, we cannot accept responsibility if that product subsequently develops a fault or malfunctions.

2.7: NOTE! Claims for damaged goods, made later than 5 working days after delivery, may not be accepted.

2.8: We may only send replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item (or part of an item) after we have received the original item.

2.9: Goods clearly damaged in the Post need to be returned as soon as possible to arrange a claim via the courier on your behalf.

2.10: After you have informed us about the damage, we will give you the correct return address and instructions how to dispatch the item the most economical way, usually by second class post or Standard Parcel for larger items up to 4 kilograms.

2.11: (Damaged) goods not returned within 28 days after notifying us, will not be subject to a refund.

2.12: We will only refund basic postal costs of returning faulty or incorrect items. For example second class post or Standard Parcel for heavier and/or larger items (up to 4KG and/or up to 1.5 meters). Ask for a proof of postage at the Post Office counter and retain this until we confirm safe receipt of your parcel. If you decide to return items by ‘Recorded Delivery’ we will not refund the extra costs.

2.13: If an item gets damaged after being in your possession for a length of time, we cannot accept any responsibility for the damage or liability for any further damage caused. Especially wooden toys need to be handled with more care than e.g. plastic toys. Due to the nature of children not always understanding to be gentle with certain toys, a warranty for any specific length of time cannot be given.

Dispatch & Delivery: 3.1:

Our standard postal charges are based upon us reserving the right to choose which method of posting is the most efficient and economical.

3.2: Goods are dispatched with a suitable carrier company or Royal Mail under their conditions of transport.

3.3: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assure ordered goods can be delivered to a 3rd party.

3.4: All delivery times quoted are based upon information as provided by Royal Mail, courier or other carrier companies.

3.5: We cannot be held responsible for delays during the transportation of your goods by Royal Mail or any carrier company.

3.6: We cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver, caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (customer not contactable by email or phone, illness, technology failure, travel or weather conditions etc.).

3.7: We reserve the right to charge customers for costs of re-delivery of goods, in case a courier company could not deliver the parcel(s), because the intended recipient was not in (failed 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. delivery).

3.8: We reserve the right to charge customers for costs of returning ordered goods to our company and/or the distributer/supplier, in case a courier company
could not deliver or collect the goods, because the intended recipient was not in (100% failed delivery or collection).

3.9: In the unlikely event you have not received your parcel 14 days after placing your order and you suspect goods have gone missing; you have to contact us ultimately within 21 days after placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences if you do not report missing items within this deadline.

Prices, Payment, Ownership:

4.1: All our prices are in UK Pound Sterling (or select Euros or US Dollars) and include vat, unless mentioned otherwise. UK customers and European Union customers pay vat over the chosen products.

4.2: Non EU and overseas customers will not pay vat, but may need to comply with their country’s customs and excise duties.

4.3: We do not accept any responsibility for extra costs incurred when certain import duties apply to purchased goods from this website. Our VAT registration number is: 846 2886 85

4.4: We reserve the right to amend prices and specifications of products, contents of website(s), catalogues, policies, these terms & conditions etc. at any time.

4.5: We use a pricing software that adjusts prices according to our local competitors selling the same product and therefore our prices are subject to change.

4.6: Payment is processed once items are established to be in stock and ready for dispatch. If you order multiple items, part payment may be processed if most of the items are in stock and a mutual back-order arrangement for out of stock items has been agreed upon.

4.7: Ownership of goods ordered transfers to you upon delivery and acceptance of the goods, provided full payment has been processed and/or received.

4.8: When placing a deposit (first payment) for an item paid for in instalments, you agree to fulfil the final payment, which is the remainder of the total sales price, within the period as described on the detailed pages of our online catalogue, or as emailed to you after processing your first payment. Failure to complete payment of your order can lead to you loosing 100% of your deposit.

4.9: Acceptance and processing of your order is according to us confirming your order either by phone or by email with the exception of the following: An error in the price of goods and/or postal/shipping costs may occur, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you to either reconfirm or cancel the order. If you are not contactable or do not reply, we will automatically arrange a full refund for the order.

5.0: Euro and US Dollar prices vary, exchange rates are not fixed.

Miscellaneous:

5.1: When you purchase our goods through an affiliate trader or retailer, you are advised to familiarise yourself with their ‘conditions of sale’ and/or ‘terms of business’, which are applicable to your purchase.

5.2: We cannot guarantee that the product ordered resembles exactly the description or is packaged according to images and information on our website. Manufacturers can change specification of products at any time, without informing distributers or retailers.

5.3: When you order goods from us or make purchases through our website(s), you will be subject to the ‘terms and conditions’ as laid out in this document,
which we expect you to have read and understood, before placing your order.

This website is governed exclusively by English Law.

Data Protection:

We do not forward any of your details to agencies or other commercial institutions. From time to time we mail out promotional material to customers or subscribers to our mailing list, but customers and subscribers can instruct us to be excluded from our mailing list at any time.
